CHANGE OF TRADE NAME / DISTINCTIVE TITLE OF THE COMPANY

January 29, 2007 The Board of Directors of "NAOUSSA SPINNING MILLS S.A." would like to inform investors that on 12/29/2006 the company's Second Repeat Shareholders' Extraordinary General Meeting decided among other issues the change of the company's trade name to "UNITED TEXTILES SOCIETE ANONYME" under the distinctive title "UNITED TEXTILES S.A.".

The Ministry of Growth with its decision number K2-608/01.19.2007, approved the modification of the related article of the company's Charter. The Athens Exchange was informed about the above decision on January 26th, 2007.
Following the above, upon decision of the Company's BoD, as of February 1st, 2007 the company's trade name with the Athens Exchange changes to "UNITED TEXTILES SOCIETE ANONYME" with distinctive title "UNITED TEXTILES S.A.".
