In reply to the relevant request by the Capital Market Commission, the company reports on its recent agreement with Edison the following: a) Our participation in the joint holding company is 50%. b) The share capital of the power production company shall be jointly set with our partners, based on the company's needs in the near future, and after receiving the necessary approvals by the regulatory authorities.
