Following the announcement on 19 June 2008, Hellenic Petroleum S.A. clarifies that the consideration paid for the acquisition of a 100% stake in Opet Aygaz Bulgaria EAD amounts to 10 million euros, while the total acquisition cost (including the assumption of debt) amounts to 35.25 million euros.
