The company's "Hellenic Petroleum SA" informs investors that the Special Meeting of Minority Shareholders held on 14.5.2008 has designated in its majority (88.63% and 88.62% of present share capital, respectively), as its representatives to the Board of Directors, the following two (2) members, i.e. Messrs Iasonas Stratos and Dimitrios Miliakos.
