As of January 11, 2007, the 12.940 new (CR) shares of the Company HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. start trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to the Stock Option Plan from 4 beneficiaries –members of the company’s BoD and affiliate companies’ personnel- at an issue price: 9.500 shares at an issue price of 9,68 Euro and 3.440 shares at an issue price of 6,97 Euro. On January 11, 2007, the total number of the Company's listed shares amounts to 305.635.185 (CR) shares, of par value 2,18 Euro.
