On October 19, 2006, (before the opening of the trading session, Local Time: 11:16) according to the decision No 523/20.9.2006 of the General Manager of the Capital Market Commission, 80 (CR) shares of the Company HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A., will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on October 18, 2006, by a percentage greater than 3%.
