HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. announces that the Board of Directors, according to its resolution on September 14, 2006 approved the establishment of a subsidiary company under the name ÇÅLLENIC PETROLEUM RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES SA and registered address the Municipality of Maroussi. The company's objectives will be the production and trading of renewable energy sources, as well as the participation in other companies which are involved in production, import and trading of renewable energy sources. A 3-member Board of Directors will govern the above mentioned company: Panos Cavoulacos, Chairman, Apostolos Rizakos, Vice Chairman, Spyridon Kiartzis, Managing Director.
