The Annual Financial Statements and Consolidated Annual Financial Statements, for the fiscal year 2007, will be published on Saturday, March 29th, 2008.

The Annual Meeting with the Analysts, regarding the information on the 2007 Financial Results, will be held on Wednesday, May 7th, 2008. The Annual General Meeting of the Company' s Stockholders will be held on Friday, June 13th, 2008.

The Ex- Dividend date will be Friday, June 27th, 2008 and the dividend payment will start on Monday, July 7th, 2008.
