Upon completion of the transformation of DELTA HOLDING SA and the official entry into operation of Vivartia, the Deputy C.O., Mr. Stergios Nezis chose not to participate in the new organizational structure of the company and handed in his resignation. The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Nezis for the significant part he played in the growth of the company and his particular contribution as C.O. of DELTA Ice Cream at the time of its takeover by Nestle. In addition, in recognition of his key role in heading the PMI (Post Merger Integration) process, the management of Vivartia asked Mr. Nezis to stay on as member of the executive board to contribute to the final stage of the integration.
