DELTA HOLDINGS S.A., following its announcement of 12.10.2005 regarding the signing of a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the transfer of the activities of the condensed "VLAHAS" milk from NESTLE HELLAS to DELTA Group-announces that an agreement was signed by NESTLE GROUP for the acquisition of "VLAHAS" brand and the industrial activity of NESTLE HELLAS S.A. in Plati, Imathia. The transfer in question is subject to the approval of the Competition Committee and the other competent supervisory bodies.
