As of February 16, 2006, the 3.566.046 new (CR) shares of the Company "DELTA HOLDINGS S.A." start traded on the ATHEX following the conversion from 594.341 bonds, at conversion price of 5,625 Euro. On February 16, 2006, the total number of the Company's listed shares amounts to 44.524.314 (CR) shares. It is clarified, according to the article 76 of the ATHEX Regulation Operation and the decision No 30 of the ATHEX BoD, that the trading limits of the share price only for the trading session on February 16, 2006, is set as follows: +10% (expands to +20%) at the closing share price on the ATHEX last trading session (15/2/2006): 13,34 EURO and -10% (expands to -20%) at the adjusted start share price: 12,72 EURO.
