DELTA HOLDINGS S.A. announces that, as from Thursday, 2 February 2006, the 360,000 new common registered shares of the company will be introduced for trading on the Athens Exchange (ATHEX). The aforesaid shares derived from the share capital increase of the company, realized by EUR 1,058,400, due to the conversion of 60,000 bonds into 360,000 common registered shares, resulting from the existing convertible bond loan of the company, issue of 17.05.2000, of a nominal value of EUR 26,865,754.95 and a conversion price of EUR 5.625 per share, in accordance with the resolutions of its Shareholders' General Meetings on 29.11.1999 and 21.4.2003, respectively as well as the decisions reached at its Board of Directors' sessions on 3.11.1999 and 03/04/2003, respectively. The aforesaid increase, which does not constitute an immediate modification of the company's Charter was certified by the BoD of the company on 19.12.2005. Also, the ATHEX Board of Directors, during its session on 26.01.2006 approved the listing to trading of the aforementioned 360,000 new common registered shares of the company. Thus, by the relevant decision of the Board of Directors of the company, the start date for the trading of the new shares on the ATHEX will be 02.02.2006. Moreover, as of the same date, the above-mentioned shares will have been credited to the Shareholders' & Investors Accounts of the beneficiary-shareholders that are observed in the DSS.
