The Human Recources Department invests in the strengthening of Vivartia through dynamic and flexible organization, the creation of effective working groups, and the development of modern human resources systems. Within this framework, it develops collaboration between departments, defines roles and skills, reinforces life-long training, designs reliable, objective and quantifiable target-setting systems, adopts modern systems for measuring and evaluating performance and guarantees safety and security at work (for employees, facilities, assets, data).
In 2006 Vivartia provided over 13,000 hours of training to 6,009 participants in various training programmes.
