ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB S.A. discloses the following:

1) Anastasios Kallitsantsis, President of the Board of Directors of the company ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB S.A. (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 (16), (bb) and 21), in combination with the provision of article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that he proceeded to the purchase of 27,000 common registered shares of the Company on 06.03.2008, with a total net value of Euro 205,440.00, a transaction that was disclosed on us in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005.

2) Koutras Dimitrios, Member of the Board of Directors of the company ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB S.A. (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 (16), (bb) and 21), in combination with the provision of article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that he proceeded to the purchase of 50,261 common registered shares of the Company on 06.03.2008, with a total net value of Euro 382,488.82, a transaction that was disclosed on us in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
