Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces in accordance to the Cyprus Law 116(Ι)/2005, that on 13/10/2009 Laiki Cyprialife Limited, that can be considered as closely associated to person discharging managerial responsibilities within the Bank, Mr Efthimios Bouloutas, Group Chief Executive Officer, proceeded with the sale of 30.000 shares of Marfin Popular Bank of total value euro 99.211,50.
