Friday, February 29, 2008: FY 2007 Financial Statements publication (corporate and consolidated).

Friday, February 29, 2008: The Annual briefing of analysts on the company's financial results to the Association of Members of the ASE at HOTEL ESPERIA PALLAS, No 22, Stadiou str. Athens, room "ATHINA", 17.30 p.m.

Monday , March 24, 2008: Annual Shareholders Meeting.

Monday, March 31, 2008: Beneficiaries of the dividend for the financial year 2007.

Monday, April 1, 2008: Ex-dividend date. (This date is after the date when the Future Contract and the Option on the FTSE /ATHEX Mid 40 Index, is due).

Tuesday, April 9, 2008: Dividend payment through a credit institution. The company will issue a newer announcement on the dividend payment procedure.
