The company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. announces that within the frame of the expansion of its production activities in the market of Southeast Europe it will participate to the following biddings which will be held in Serbia and regard the privatization of two production units of lubricants and chemical products.

a) to the Tender of the PRIVATIZATION AGENCY OF SERBIA with Tender Code FAM 22/06 for the Open Bidding for: "Sale of 70% of capital in company Fabrika maziva, Krusevac" (for the privatization of the company through the sale of 70% of the share capital to the company FAM KRUSEVAC) which will be held on November 17, 2006 and

b) to the Tender of the PRIVATIZATION AGENCY OF SERBIA with Tender Code RNB 23/06 for the Open Bidding for: "Sale of 70% of capital in company rafinerija nafte, Beograd" (for the privatization of the company through the sale of 70% of the share capital to the company Rainerija nafte Beograd) which will be held on November 17, 2006.
