The company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. announces that through its subsidiaries LAMDA FERTILIZERS S.A. and AGRO INNOVATION S.A. it signed an agreement regarding the purchase and creation of two new distribution, packaging and repackaging centres of argrochemical products in the Prefectures of Attica and Thessaloniki, which are expected to be put into operation as of September 2006. The two distribution centres will provide a more effective coverage of the Greek territory and will contribute to the improvement of the operational profit margins, increasing the gross profit margin and reducing transportation costs. Within the framework of achieving its strategic goals, NEOCHIMIKI Group is active in five main SBUs, among which the distribution of agrochemical products, a sector in which it seeks to achieve greater growth rates as much within 2006 as in the years to come.
