Implementing the provisions of Law 3556/2007, and further to the notification of the main shareholder PIRAEUS BANK S.A. concerning the voting rights attached to its shares, PIRAEUS LEASING S.A. announces the followings to the public:

- The issuer of shares and/or shares with voting rights is PIRAEUS LEASING S.A.

- The purpose of the present notification is to inform the public concerned in the acquisition of voting rights.

- PIRAEUS BANK S.A. carries the burden of notification of the present.

- The notified details - data related to voting rights incorporated in shares concerning the resulting situation after the critical transaction (07.10.2008) are the followings:
