Piraeus Bank announces that on June 18, 2008 as a result of their participation in Piraeus Bank's share capital increase effected by reinvestment of dividend of fiscal year 2007, the following individuals were credited newly issued Piraeus Bank shares: Mr Eftyhios Vassilakis son of Theodoros, Member of the Board of Directors, 251 common shares for the aggregate amount of Euro 5.361,36, Mrs Fotini Karamanli daughter of Achilleas, Member of the Board of Directors, 164 common shares for the aggregate amount of Euro 3.503,04 and Mr Athanasios Psathas son of Georgios, General Manager, 126 common shares for the aggregate amount of Euro 2.691,36.
