The Board of Directors of Alpha Bank, on 27.11.2007, resolved upon a share capital increase of the Bank of Euro 734,233.50, through the issue of 188,265 common, registered, voting shares at an exercise price of Euro 20.61 each, following the exercise of stock options by the beneficiaries, in the period between 23.11.2007 and 26.11.2007, as per the provisions of the stock options scheme approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders on 6.6.2006. As a result, the share capital of the Bank will amount to Euro 1,602,808,942.80 divided into 410,976,652 shares of nominal value Euro 3.90 each.The date as of which the new shares will commence trading on the Athens Exchange will be specified by further announcement.
