According to art. 24, par. 2 (a) of Law 3461/2006, Alpha Bank A.E. announces that, on 22 December 2006 it acquired through the Athens Exchange 107 common, registered, voting shares of Alpha Leasing ?.?., at a price equal to Euro 6.50 per share. Pursuant to the above, Alpha Bank currently holds 99.67% of the share capital and voting rights of Alpha Leasing.
