12-29-2006 - Listing of shares due to Stock Option Plan
As of December 29, 2006, the 336.950 new (CR) shares of the ALPHA BANK S.A. start trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to the Stock Option Plan from 48 beneficiaries – the Bank's directors- at an issue price of 3,90 Euro. On December 29, 2006, the total number of the Bank's listed shares amounts to 408.022.002 (CR) shares.
