12-21-2006 - Acquisition of voting shares of Alpha Leasing Á.Å.

According to art. 24, par. 2 (a) of Law 3461/2006, Alpha Bank A.E. announces that, on 20 December 2006 it acquired through the Athens Exchange 99 common, registered, voting shares of Alpha Leasing Á.Å., at a price equal to Euro 6.50 per share. Pursuant to the above, Alpha Bank currently holds 99.67% of the share capital and voting rights of Alpha Leasing.
