MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. hereby announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 13.3.2008 was cancelled for failure to attain the quorum required by the Law and the company's Articles, considering that thirty one (31) shareholders were duly present thereat, representing 12.22% of the company's share capital. Pursuant to the Notice of 14.2.2008, the shareholders are invited to attend the 1st Reiterative General Meeting of Shareholders which will take place on Wednesday 26.3.2008, at 17:00 and at the same premises, in order to discuss and deliberate on the items on the Agenda.
