ANNOUNCEMENT ACCORDING TO LAW 3556/2007

"MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP S.A. HOLDINGS" announces according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on January 23, 2008, the Member of the Recommending Liquidity Investment Committee of MIG Mr. Samouil-Samis David, bought 20,000 common shares of MIG, with total net value of Euro 87,025.68.
