On 31.12.2007, "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." acquired 31.228 shares of "ΑΤΤΙCA HOLDINGS S.A.", corresponding to 0.03 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 58.527 %.
Of the above percentage, the Company holds directly 8.596% which corresponds to 8,954,481 shares of the Issuer and indirectly, through its wholly owned subsidiary "MIG SHIPPING S.A.", 49.93 % which corresponds to 52,015,746 shares of the Issuer. The average acquisition price of the above shares came up to 5.474 euros per share.
