NOTIFICATION ABOUT A SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN THE NUMBER OF VOTING RIGHTS (LAW 3556/2007 & LAW 3606/2007)

EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS informed the Company in writing on 28.09.2009 that on 23.09.2009 it sold common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned transaction, EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS holds directly and indirectly 3.1328% of the share capital of HELEX (from 5.05% before the transaction).
