October 7, 2008 Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Andreas L. Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, purchased on 3rd October 2008, 3,000 common shares of our Company of a total value of euro 71,500.00 and on 6th October 2008, 2,000 common shares of our Company of a total value of euro 45,834.20.
