PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
August 25, 2008

TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on 22.8.2008, the Company purchased 18,000 common own shares, against an average purchase price of Euro 24.99 per share and a total purchase price of Euro 449,812.24, in implementation of decision dated 20th May 2008 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and resolution dated 20th May 2008 of the Board of Directors. The above 18,000 common own shares purchased through Alpha Finance.
