PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that, on 11.8.2008, the Company purchased 14,614 common own shares, against an average purchase price of Εuro 25.05 per share and a total purchase price of Εuro 366,011.90, in implementation of decision, dated 20th May 2008 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and resolution, dated 20th May 2008, of the Board of Directors.

The above 14,614 common own shares purchased through Alpha Finance.
