TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces in accordance with article 4 par.4 of Commission Regulation no 2273/2003 of the European Communities, that the Company has proceeded to the purchase of own shares, pursuant to decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 10th May 2007 and resolution of the Board of Directors dated 10th May 2007, as follows :

1) On 7.4.2008, the Company purchased 6,164 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 28.30 per share and a total purchase price euro 174,441.20.

2) On 8.4.2008, the Company purchased 25,000 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 27.60 per share and a total purchase price euro 689,995.02

3) On 9.4.2008, the Company purchased 2,000 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 27.00 per share and a total purchase price euro 54,000.00

4) On 10.4.2008, the Company purchased 16,202 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 26.52 per share and a total purchase price euro 429,672,24

5) On 11.4.2008, the Company purchased 20,860 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 26.49 per share and a total purchase price euro 552,551.68

6) On 14.4.2008, the Company purchased 3,347 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 25.96 per share and a total purchase price euro 86,882.26

The above 73,573 common shares in total, were purchased through the Athens Exchange member Alpha Finance, with an average purchase price euro 27.01 per share.
