TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces in accordance with article 4 par.4 of Commission Regulation no 2273/2003 of the European Communities, that the Company has proceeded to the purchase of own shares, pursuant to decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 10th May 2007 and resolution of the Board of Directors dated 10th May 2007, as follows :

1) On 8.2.2008, the Company purchased 31,000 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 31.19 per share and a total purchase price euro 966,980.00.

2) On 11.2.2008, the Company purchased 34,000 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 30.93 per share and a total purchase price euro 1,051,530.00

3) On 11.2.2008, the Company purchased 200 preference shares, with an average purchase price euro 24.02 per share and a total purchase price euro 4,804.00

4) On 12.2.2008, the Company purchased 27,000 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 30.96 per share and a total purchase price euro 836,040.00

5) On 13.2.2008, the Company purchased 27,000 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 31.00 per share and a total purchase price euro 836,873.46

The above 119,000 common and 200 preference shares in total, were purchased through the Athens Exchange member Alpha Finance, with an average purchase price euro 31.02 and 24.02 per share respectively.
