Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to articles 3 and 21 of Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Theodoropoulos Spiridon, independent non executive member of the Company's B.O.D. sell, on February 12, 2008 and February 13, 2008, 5.500 and 4.500 common shares of the Company of a total value of Euro 169,562.89 and Euro 138,725.04 respectively. These transactions has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
