TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces in accordance with article 4 par.4 of Commission Regulation no 2273/2003 of the European Communities, that the Company has proceeded to the purchase of own shares, pursuant to decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 10th May 2007 and resolution of the Board of Directors dated 10th May 2007, as follows :

1) On 8.1.2008, the Company purchased 20,000 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 31.13 per share and a total purchase price euro 622,600.00.

2) On 9.1.2008, the Company purchased 10,000 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 30.70 per share and a total purchase price euro 307,040.68

3) On 10.1.2008, the Company purchased 24,000 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 30.83 per share and a total purchase price euro 739,920.62

4) On 16.1.2008, the Company purchased 12,500 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 30.20 per share and a total purchase price euro 377,500.00

The above 66,500 common shares in total, were purchased through the Athens Exchange member Alpha Finance, with an average purchase price euro 30.78 per share.
