ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO LAW 3556/2007
January 17, 2008

Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces, pursuant to articles 3 and 21 of Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that mr. Takis-Panagiotis Canellopoulos, executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company purchase, on January 15, 2008, 300 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 9.198 for and on behalf of his under age daughter.
