Interbeton Construction Materials S.A., subsidiary of Titan Cement Co, S.A., announces the completion of the acquisition of ready-mix concrete producer Oikobeton, based in Ioannina, Northern Greece.
Oikobeton owns one production unit of ready-mix concrete in the area of Ioannina, in Northern Greece.
This acquisition will not materially affect Titan Group financial statements.
Titan Group, owns and operates 29 ready-mix concrete units in Greece in the areas of Attiki (6), Thessaloniki (6), Dodecanese (4, of which 2 in Kos and 2 in Rhodes), Achaia (3), Hleia (2), Corinth (2), Zakynthos (1), Ioannina (1), Kozani (1), Magnesia (1), Fthiotida (1), Chalkidiki (1),and has annual sales of over 2.4 m m3.
