September 19, 2006 According to article 276 of the ATHEX Regulation, article 10 of L. 3340/2005 and article 2 of resolution 3/347/7-12-2005 of the Capital Market Committee BoD, following the announcement on 6.29.2006, ATTI-KAT S.A. announces that on September 18th, 2006 it signed an agreement with the Special Public Works Department - Patras Athens Salonica Evzoni (PATHE) motorway - of the Ministry for the Environment, Physical Planning & Public Works regarding the construction of the following project: "CONSTRUCTION OF MOTORWAY AND ACCOMPANYING PROJECTS FOR THE SECTION: NEW SPERHIOS RIVER BANK - END OF RODITSA UNDERPASS OF THE PATHE HIGHWAY", total amounting to euro 56,196,975.44 including V.A.T.
The construction period is estimated at 1,050 working days.
