Total workforce of ATTI-KAT S.A. as of 12-31-2008 numbered 1,607 people; of who 1,468 is permanent staff while the rest are free practitioners. The company's policy involves full payment of staff after each project completion, therefore there are no obscure liabilities regarding personnel compensation. Staff is usually re-employed for the Company's new projects. This in effect enables ATTI-KAT S.A. to maintain an excellent level of employment relations.
