The company was established on 5/17/1993 (Government Gazette 2022/5.27.1993). As per resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders on 5/17/2007 the share capital increased through rights issue by euro 10,200,000 and the issue of 340,000 new nominal shares. Hence the share capital amounts to euro 25,200,000 divided into 840,000 shares, of nominal value euro 30.00 each. Shareholders as well as participation stakes are presented in the table below:

Activities
SIRIOS S.A. fully operates the "SIRIOS" building complex located in the 43rd klm. of the Athens – Lamia new National Highway, near Malakasa, as well as the "OLYMPUS PLAZA" building complex located in the 65th klm. of the Athens – Lamia new National Highway.
SIRIOS Building Complex
The SIRIOS building complex is one of the first Motor Parks auctioned by the National Road Construction Fund through bidding auctions within the framework of upgrading of the country's National Highways. Such parks are constructed under self-funding by the contracting lessor companies with the right of exploitation for a thirty year period. Following the expiration of that period the facilities and their exploitation come to the jurisdiction of the Hellenic Public Sector.
The study conducted for SIRIOS is to provide the best possible service to travelers aiming to constitute a state-of-the-art complex of special construction and operating value that would signal a new generation of buildings.
It is the largest station in Europe and the only one in Greece with its Main Travelers Service Building being a bridged construction over the National Highway (Pavesi type of station). SIRIOS is a building complex of 16,720 m2. The area used in the construction reached 140 acres, while its cost amounted to 6 billion GRD. For the travelers' best service there are also extended parking stations, playgrounds, pedestrian walkways and open sitting areas besides the buildings on both sides of the National Highway.
The traffic network of the automobiles and heavy vehicles is clearly distinguished, while the connection between the two sections on both sides of the National Highway as well as traffic inversion take place through an underpass.
The entire "SIRIOS" building complex includes:
Two gas stations on both sides of the National Highway towards the road's axis. Each one has 8 pumps, is consisted of two buildings (fuel station and mini market). The one is curved, has a metallic roof lined with aluminum leaves while the second is rectangular in shape, with concrete sides.
A Laundry-Lubricator for tracks, located in the side to Lamia (104 m2). It is a simple rectangular building with three sides lined with bricks and the fourth side with concrete.
Two Car washes (119 m2) of the same morphology with the track wash.
Two road assistance buildings (440 m2)
A trading and repair tire center located in the side to Athens (424 m2). It consists of two curved sub buildings connected through a large metallic cover.
The main travelers' service building (14,422 m2) found on both sides, right and left to the National Road as the core of the project.
The building consists of three underground, ground and two elevated floors. The entrance in the ground floor is through the surrounded adjusted space. The metallic stairway in the center of the ground floor visually and operationally connects it with the other two floors. In the ground floor there is a snack bar, a special mini market place and lavatory for public use.
The first floor is used by different stores and the respective auxiliary rooms. There is also a large Public Relations Room with office, meeting lounge etc. that is offered for social and professional events.
The second floor that includes the 54 meters wide elevated bridge of total surface 2,407 m2 is particularly impressive. It hosts the building's leisure activities and assembles the main architectural and construction principles of the project. It is highly elevated, has large glass rooms, firm metallic constructions and dynamic design of great impression to the visitor.
The entire place is designed so as offer quality service to the many different travelers that pass through on a daily basis, fast self service food, pastry and coffee shop.
The kitchen area is located on the first and second underground floor. The third underground floor hosts all the mechanical services of the building, while the first underground floor also includes the visitors' lavatory, the "SIRIOS" offices and other auxiliary electromechanical areas.
A particular reference must be made in the huge, two floor, multi activity area (5,373 m2) found on both sides by the National Road. There is an independent entrance to the area through escalators while connection with the remaining areas is through central stairways and elevators.

Additionally the company operates two more gas stations, viewed towards the road's 65th km. on the both sides of the New Athens-Lamia National Highway in the Olympus Plaza complex, of total area of 6,400 m2. Each one has 6 pumps and is consists of four buildings (liquid gas station and mini market).
