The Board of Directors assigned the President & Managing Director Mr. Panayiotis Panoussis with the exercise of all BoD rights and authorities regarding legal representation, corporate and asset management as well as handlisng of all corporate affairs with no limitation. The company is represented and legally engaged by the signature of the President & Managing Director under the corporate trade name.

The Board of Directors, according to the charter, reserves the right to appoint other Company representatives as well, regarding the conduct of specific actions each time, members of the Board of Directors or Company employees or third parties upon special arrangement, also defining the extent of authority granted.
