Hellenic Postbank, pursuant to Law 3340/2005 in combination with the Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces that Mr. Xaris E. Siganos is appointed General Manager of the Bank and shall supervise the Investment Banking and Subsidiaries department.
