ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO LAW 3556/2007

Hellenic Postbank - in accordance with article 13, Law 3340/2005 and the Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission no. 3/347/07.12.2005 - announces that Mr. Gkolfinopoulos Dionysis, "person holding senior managerial position" in the Bank, notified that on January 14th, 2010, his wife proceeded in transaction by selling 1.310 common Bank's shares. The value of the transaction is EUR 6.026,00.
