On January 17th, 2008, 1.366.212 new common shares of the “GREEK POSTAL SAVINGS BANK S.A.” have started trading on the Athens Exchange, following the share capital increase, due to the Stock Option Plan from 1.135 beneficiaries –the members of the BoD and the Bank’s personnel- at an issue price of 3,70 Euro. On January 17, 2008, the total number of the Bank’s listed shares amounts to 142.232.982 (CR) shares. |
