PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A.? announces that according to article 1 par.5 of the Presidential Decree 82/1996, as it stands today, that it intends to take part in a public open competition, that was announced with the 8/A/2009 announcement of the ORGANIZATION of SCHOOL BUILDINGS for the supply of laptops, of budget (including VAT) of 4.000.000 million euro and which is going to take place on October 26th 2009, as well as that it generally intends to take part in procedures of taking up projects, supplying and services of the public sector, legal entities of the public sector, Organizations of Local Municipalities and generally any public or private entity, to any of our shareholder companies, which do not name the names of their shareholders to the private entity, in the sense of Presidential Decree 82/1996 the relevant consequences that are that are listed in article 2, par. 3 of the Presidential Decree 82/1996.
