INTRALOT announces according to the L.3556/2007, that Invesco Ltd notified that -via its subsidiary companies- purchased on August 4, 2008, 44,000 common registered shares of the company and as a result their participation increased at 5.00% (7,950,963 shares bearing voting rights of the 158,942,093 total number of shares) from 4.97% (7,906,963 shares bearing voting rights of the 158,942,093 total number of shares).
