| TAX AUDIT | | March 15, 2007 According to paragraph 9d of article 275 of the ATHEX Regulation and paragraph 1 of article 10 of Law 3340/2005, KLONATEX GROUP OF COMPANIES S.A. informs the investors that the ordinary tax audit for the fiscal years 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 is completed. The tax audit showed that a total of Euro 244,453.45 should be paid as taxes payable and surcharges. The above amount will be accounted for in fiscal year 2006. The company has already paid the amount of Euro 48,891 against the total dues and the balance will be paid in 24 equal monthly installments. |
