| CORRECTION NOTE | | August 31, 2006 Please find below a correction note to be published in the EXPRESS newspaper on 9/1/2006.
In the «CONDENSED FINANCIAL DATA AND INFORMATION» for the period from January 1 2006 to June 30 2006, published in the EXPRESS newspaper on 8/31/2006, on the «INCOME STATEMENT FOR THE PERIOD (Amounts reported in Euro thousand)» table, the published data for «Earnings/(loss) before taxes, financing and investing results and depreciation - amortisation» are: THE GROUP 1/1-30/6/2005: (4.757), 1/4-30/6/2005: (2.706), THE COMPANY 1/4-30/6/2005: (699), instead of the correct: THE GROUP 1/1-30/6/2005: (7.265), 1/4-30/6/2005: (5.214), THE COMPANY 1/4-30/6/2005: (389). The same holds for the 1st Half of 2005.
It should be noted that the Financial Statements as of 6/30/2006, posted on the Company's website (www.klonatex.com), include the correct amounts.
The above correction note will be published in the EXPRESS newspaper on September 1st 2006.
