S.A.
Excel SA has been active since 1988 in Greece and abroad, importing, trading and providing technical support for domestic and central air-conditioning units.
Excel SA is the exclusive and only representative of HAIER walled air-conditioning in Greece, since 1998, while since 1999 Excel SA is an affiliated company of YALCO, which holds the majority of the stock capital as well as the company’s management. It allocates its own bonded warehouse for promoting its exporting business in the Balkans and in other Mediterranean countries. The representatives network and also its technical support network is composed of more than 800 selected stores and technical companies in the biggest cities of Greece.
Excel S.A.has been honoured for the second continuing year by HAIER with the Market Development Award of the multinational group, during the second World Congress of HAIER Representatives 2002.
Haier Multinational Group is the biggest air-conditioning and household appliances manufacturer of China, possessing the 21% of the market.
It is well known in the sector for its high growth rates and the exceptional quality of its products.
It produces 15.100 kinds into six industrial parks in China Republic and into 96 self-owned production lines all over the world, while it exports products in more than 160 countries with particular success in U.S.A. Its international network is expanding into the product design fields, supplies, production, distribution and after-sales service. It has established 10 industrial groups, 30 international plants, 8 product design centers and is co-operated with 58.000 representatives all over the world. Its personnel amount to 230.000 persons.

LOGISTICS CENTER S.A.
Rota Logistics Center S.A.
was founded in 1999 with headquarters at Salonica, as a subsidiary of "Yalco - S. D. Constantinou and Son S.A.". It was funded by the European Union – through the Second Community Support Framework – aiming to supply advanced Logistics services and Bonded Warehouses.
The supplied services are the following:

Full automation of services, with advanced computer systems, so as to reassure the electronic supervision LIFO or FIFO, the supervision of the merchandise barcode control and also the electronic reserve information by direct customer access.
Disposal of exhibition places and offices towards its customers
The headquarters of the company are situated on the 5th km of Salonica - Athens National Highway in an area of 11,250 m2 with warehouses of 4000 m2 and height of 12 meters, with offices of 600 m2 and with fully landscaped surrounding area.
The whole warehouse is elevated by 1.30 meters from the surrounding area and has 8 loading and unloading places equipped with hydraulic ramps and 15 loading and unloading places with hand operated bridges.
The warehouse has metallic shelves in arrangement "back to back" with 6 storage levels, of total storage capacity of 8,000 palettes. The product transport is made with modern lifting machines of different kind properly for different activities.
The operation of the warehouse is backed up by wireless terminals, computer network and advanced warehouse management software for the achievement of trustworthy operation, maximum productivity and detailed informing.

OMNISHOP S.A.
OMNISHOP SA was founded in October 1994. During the same year the first two stores opened, reaching today a total number of 38 stores.
OMNISHOP is a Franchiser of stores selling housewares and gifts. The company has brought to the Greek Market a concept of items for the house that are highly aesthetic, modern and priced for everyone.
Long experience, right product choices and successful collaboration with strong-BRANDED suppliers give OMNISHOP the advantage of having a spectacular collection of products.
The first stores were designed to be of about 40-50 m2. Today the stores have to be over 80 m2 due to the expansion of the product collection.
In the stores, the consumer can cover the needs for the house but more specifically the stores specialize in table top items.
The OMNISHOP purchasing department travels all over the world visiting suppliers and trade shows, with a goal to purchase items of excellent style, latest in fashion to cover the needs for the most demanding consumer. It offers through selected items solutions of one kind.
In March 1998 the company YALCO-S.D.Constantinou & Son S.A, becomes the major shareholder of OMNISHOP. Omnishop has benefited tremendously by the new relationship with YALCO, since YALCO is one of the largest wholesale distributors of household items in its sector. This cooperation creates new supervision synergies of the market’s trends, potential of making worthy the experience of the existing network and the product and services enrichment, achievement of better agreements with suppliers and co-workers and also application of modern methods in the logistics network.

The offices of Omnishop are at the same building that YALCO has its main offices but in a separate, specially arranged area at A. Metaxa 9 in K. Kifissia. The warehouses are situated in Oinofyta.

YALCO HUNGARY KFT
The company by reinforcing its extroversion established in 2003 a subsidiary in Hungary, with headquarters at Budapest. Its participation amounts to 76% and the rest 24% belongs to its two previous co-workers.
The subsidiary is activated in importing and commerce of house and professional equipment and its goal is through this company to expand not only in Hungary but also at its neighboring countries.

signing of the exclusive cooperation agreement with the international company
BLACK& DECKER for the distribution of small electrical appliances etc in the Romanian
market, Yalco - Constantinou
S.A. has established a subsidiary company in 2007, holding 100% of its share capital, under the name "YALCO
ROMANIA SRL", headquartered in Bucharest.
