After the resignation of Mr. Evaggelos Magirou, as member of BoD of the PPC, the BoD of Public Power Corporation SA at its meeting on February 7, 2008, appointed its member Mr. Konstantine Michalos, who together with Mr. Michael Cortessis, will supervise the Internal Audit Committee of PPC SA.
